My Phen375 experience
I have been suffering from a bit too much belly fat of late but at the same time I am really not a diet person.
I enjoy my current lifestyle and even though I really want to get rid of the extra belly fat that I have acquired from too much coffee with sugar, unhealthy food and too little exercise, I don't want to go on a diet or increase my exercise.
My problem with belly fat is compounded by genetic factors that have been passed down from generation to generation - the tendency to gain weight fast in the belly area. This is a problem that my entire family battles with.
I have studied most weight loss techniques and systems in depth. One thing that has always left me wondering about most of the weight loss products available is the fine print that you always discover somewhere on the label "Only effective when used in conjunction with a calorie restrictive diet and exercise program".
The above phrase has always had me wondering if these weight loss product will actually help you to lose weight or if it is the calorie restrictive diet and exercise program that really does the trick.
I decided to devise a test to see if they really do work.
My 14 day Phen375 Challenge
I decided to give Phen375 fat burner tablets a test. I chose Phen375 due to the fact that they are heralded as the strongest fat burner on the market and due to the fact that they are available without a prescription.
My challenge - I was going to use the tablets for a period of 14 days. I would not willingly change anything in my current lifestyle - no diet and no extra exercise. I wanted to see if the tablets by themselves would produce any weight loss results.
My experiences with Phen375
The very first day that I took Phen375 I found that I was a little light headed. I think that this was due to a slight clash between the stimulant in Phen375 and the high quantity of coffee that I drink. Perhaps there was a little stimulant overload in my body.
I did feel an almost instant uplift in my energy levels which continued for the entire duration of my 14 day challenge. I did not have a problem with sleeping. In fact I probably slept better during the 14 days than I have in a long time.
I noticed my appetite drop on the second day and by the third day I found that I was eating less food in an entire day than I would normally eat in just 1 meal. I found that I was simply not hungry and when I did eat I would get full very fast.
Apart from the light head on the first day, I experienced no other side effects whatsoever.
My weight loss results
As I said above, I set out to use the fat burner tablets without any form of diet or extra exercise.
The second week of my trial was quite fascinating in that due to a number of power outages I was forced into the situation where I ate far more take out foods than normal. In fact out of 7 main meals, 5 were takeouts and the other 2 were pasta based dishes.
When I eventually got on the scale again after the 14 days I was totally amazed.
I had dropped 4 kg (8.8 pounds). No exercise and no diet.
I can imagine that if I had used the Phen375 in conjunction with a calorie restrictive diet and with a sensible exercise program my weight loss results would have been far more drastic.
I can really say that Phen375 is a fantastic product that really helps you to lose weight fast.
